1. 1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) define the rules for the use of the online store www.million-euro.de (hereinafter referred to as “Store”), where activation codes for computer games, software, as well as rechargeable and gift cards for various online services, such as Amazon, iTunes, and others, are sold.

1.2. The owner and operator of the Store is Concert & Stage Solutions (CSS), with its registered office in Częstochowska 17, 81-502 Gdynia, Poland, entered into the Central Business Register of Republic of Poland under register number REGON 221991554 and tax identification number 9570923841.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Store and are an integral part of the sales agreement concluded between the Store and the Customer.

2. 2. Registration and Account

2.1. In order to use the Store, the Customer is required to register an account.

2.2. During the registration process, the Customer is required to provide accurate and complete personal data necessary for the registration process, including name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

2.3. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login and password to their account.

2.4. The Store reserves the right to refuse registration or to delete a Customer’s account without giving a reason.

3. 3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. The Store offers activation codes for computer games, software, as well as rechargeable and gift cards for various online services, for sale.

3.2. Orders can be placed through the Store’s website.

3.3. The Customer is obliged to provide accurate and complete data necessary for the correct execution of the order, including the delivery requisites.

3.4. The Store accepts payments by bank transfer, credit card and other electronic payment methods.

3.5. The prices of the products in the Store are expressed in EUR and include all taxes.

4. 4. Delivery

4.1. The delivery of activation codes and other products is done electronically, via e-mail or through the Store’s website.

4.2. The activation codes and other products are delivered to the Customer within 24 hours from the date of the order confirmation.

4.3. The Store is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by technical problems or force majeure events.

5. 5. Complaints

5.1. The Customer has the right to file complaints regarding defects in the goods or non-compliance with the sales agreement.

5.2. Complaints should be submitted in writing or via e-mail to the Store’s e-mail address complaints@million-euro.de within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

5.3. The complaint should include a detailed description of the defect in the goods or non-compliance with the sales agreement and the method of its detection.

5.4. The Store undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and to inform the Customer of the way in which it was considered.

5.5. In the event of the complaint being accepted, the Store undertakes to remove the defect in the goods or to refund the price of the goods within 14 days of the complaint being considered. 

5.6. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

5.7. In the event of withdrawal from the sales agreement, the Store undertakes to refund the price of the goods to the Customer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal declaration.

5.8. Store will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding transaction fees. The right to withdraw from the sales agreement does not apply to activation codes and other products delivered electronically, if their performance has begun with the express consent of the Customer and after informing the Customer of the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and accepts this return policy.

6. 6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. The Store processes personal data of Customers in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

6.2. The administrator of personal data is the owner of the Store, whose details are provided in point 1.2 of these Terms.

6.3. The Customer has the right to access their personal data, correct them, delete them, restrict their processing, transfer them and object to their processing.

6.4. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but necessary to register an account and place an order.

6.5. Personal data is processed for the purpose of executing the sales agreement, as well as for marketing purposes with the consent of the Customer.

6.6. The Store provides personal data of Customers to third parties only to the extent necessary for the execution of the sales agreement, e.g. to a payment platform provider  responsible for the payment process.

7. 7. Final Provisions

7.1. These Terms and Conditions come into force on 01.05.2023 and apply to all transactions concluded after this date.

7.2. The Store reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Changes come into force on the date indicated by the Store, not earlier than 14 days from the date of their publication on the Store’s website.

7.3. The applicable law for these Terms and Conditions is the law of the European Union. Store shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses resulting from any security bugs or vulnerabilities, as described in the Security Disclaimer section.

7.4. Any disputes arising from the sales agreement will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with the applicable provisions of European Union law.

7.5. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of European Union law shall apply.
